The full text
Version of 27 October 2026, in force from that day. These terms govern the Fanio website, its purchases and plans, its API and its MCP server. They are published in Arabic and English, and both texts are equally authoritative.
1. Who runs Fanio
Fanio is the name under which its owner, an individual resident in the Syrian Arab Republic, trades. The owner sells through this website alone and is the other party to every sale. Contact for questions, complaints and orders: support@fanio.net. Legal notices may also be sent to the owner at m@muhmad.me. The owner's full legal name and postal address are given on request to any buyer with an order, and to any court or authority that asks for them.
2. What Fanio sells
Digital files: packs of illustrations or icons in SVG and PNG, each with a licence, sold one pack at a time or through a plan. Nothing physical is shipped. How the scenes are made is explained in section 6 of the licence agreement. To buy, you must be at least 18 or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and a company buys through a person who may act for it.
3. How a contract is made
- Each pack page shows the files, the tiers and the price before you buy. Checkout shows the pack, the tier, the total in US dollars and its USDT amount.
- You make an offer to buy when you tick the box accepting these terms and the licence agreement and continue to payment. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed under section 4.3, and Fanio then makes the files available and records the order.
- These terms, the licence agreement and the details shown at checkout form the whole contract. Under Syrian Electronic Transactions Law No. 3 of 2014, the electronic record of your order, your acceptance and your payment has the same force as a signed paper document. Fanio keeps that record, with the version of these terms you accepted and the time you accepted it, for the period set out in the privacy policy, and shows you a confirmation of the order, including your request for immediate access and your acknowledgement that the right to cancel ends, on the order page as soon as payment is confirmed.
- If you notice a mistake in your email or your order before you pay, go back and correct it; checkout does not take a payment until you send it yourself.
4. Prices and payment in USDT
- Prices are in US dollars and are paid in USDT (Tether, a token whose value follows the US dollar) through Nabta, a payment service run by Fanio's owner. Fanio does not take cards or bank transfers, and it does not exchange, hold or transmit money for anyone: USDT is only the means of paying for the files.
- Checkout shows the network, the exact USDT amount and one address. The amount is held for 60 minutes; send exactly that amount, on that network, before the order expires. You pay your own network fees.
- An order counts as paid after the number of network confirmations shown at checkout.
- A payment on another network or in another token, a short payment or a late one is not matched automatically. Write to us with the transaction hash within 30 days, and we will either complete the order or return what we can recover, less network fees. An overpayment of more than 1 US dollar is returned on request, less network fees.
- A payment sent to any address other than the one checkout showed cannot be recovered by Fanio.
- You are responsible for being allowed to hold and pay with USDT where you live.
- Fanio does not add VAT or sales tax to its prices. If you buy for a business, you account for any tax due in your country. A price shown in error, such as an obvious slip in a figure, does not bind Fanio: we will tell you and refund the payment in full if you do not want the order at the correct price.
5. Plans
- Plans are prepaid and never renew on their own. A plan runs for the period you pay for, as item 7 sets out, and to continue you pay again.
- Lifetime means for as long as Fanio runs the service and you keep using your plan as item 5 describes, and at least 5 years from payment while you do. If Fanio ever closes, it gives at least 60 days' notice so you can download everything, and all your downloads stay licensed. If it closes within those 5 years, it also refunds in USDT the share of the price for the unused part of them.
- The founding price of the Lifetime plan applies to the number of buyers and until the date shown on the pricing page, whichever comes first; the higher price that follows applies only to later buyers.
- Each account on a plan is for one named person. Team accounts are assigned by the buyer and may be moved to another person when someone leaves.
- If you do not sign in or download anything for 12 months in a row, your plan ends by itself, whichever plan it is, Lifetime included. We email you at least 30 days before it ends, and signing in or downloading in that time keeps it going. When a plan ends nothing is refunded for the time left, every file you already downloaded stays licensed, and you can buy a plan again at the price shown then. If Fanio closes, item 2 applies instead.
- Plans are for downloading what you will use. Each account on a plan gets up to 100 files a day and 500 in any 30 days, and no account or network gets more than 20 paid files a minute. Scripts, bots, browser automation or any other tool that downloads in bulk, downloading to stock up, and sharing an account are not allowed. If we see them, we may pause or end the plan without a refund for the time left; files you downloaded within these terms stay licensed.
- A plan runs for the period you buy, counted from the day it is paid: a month is 30 days, four months is 120 days and a year is 365 days; Lifetime is a single payment and takes no period (item 2). You pay the whole period in advance in USDT, and nothing renews on its own: when the period ends the plan ends, and you buy it again to continue. Fanio emails the address on the account twice before a plan ends, 7 days and 2 days before the end date, with the date access ends and the price of the same period and of the yearly one. The two reminders are a courtesy and not a guarantee: if one does not arrive, because a mailbox is full, the address has changed or a message is lost on the way, the plan still ends on its date, so keep your email address current and check the end date shown on your account. At the end, access stops and new downloads stop. Every file you downloaded while the plan ran, and the work you already made with it, stays licensed under section 4 of the licence agreement, and your account and its lists stay.
6. Delivery and the right to cancel
- Files are ready to download right after payment. Rarely, an order is held for a check; Fanio then issues the licence within 3 working days or returns the payment to the address it came from, unless section 9 forbids that.
- Where the law of the country you live in gives consumers a right to cancel online purchases, such as the European Union or the United Kingdom, that right does not apply once the files are made available, provided you asked for them at once and accepted losing that right. You do both by ticking the box at checkout, and the order confirmation repeats it. If you have not yet downloaded anything from an order, you may still cancel it for a full refund by writing to us within 14 days of payment.
- These rules do not change your right to a working file under section 7.
7. Faulty files and refunds
- Because the files are digital and payments in USDT cannot be reversed, a sale is final once the files are available, except as this section and the law of your country say.
- If a file is missing, broken, does not open in common software or does not match its description, tell us: consumers within any period their law allows, others within 30 days of purchase. We will fix or replace it within 14 days. If we cannot, or if the fault is serious, we refund what you paid for that pack or plan in USDT to an address you give us, within 14 days of your request.
- This does not limit any right that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and does not allow to be excluded, including the Syrian Consumer Protection Law (Legislative Decree No. 8 of 2021) for buyers in Syria and the consumer law of the European Union or the United Kingdom for buyers there.
8. Accounts
An account is optional for single packs and needed for plans. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that email secure. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time; files you downloaded stay licensed.
9. Sanctions and lawful use
- You may not buy if you are named on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the Syrian Arab Republic, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom, or act for someone who is, or pay from an address on such a list.
- Fanio screens incoming addresses. An order paid from a listed or flagged address is held, is not delivered, and is returned only where the law allows and never to a listed address.
- Fanio may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything it may lawfully return, if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or another unlawful purpose.
10. The API and MCP server
Reading is free and rate limited. Do not use them to copy the catalogue in bulk, to train or test models, to get around a licence, or to send traffic that slows the service for others. Fanio may block network addresses or keys that do.
11. Using the website
Do not attack, overload or probe the website, and do not try to reach files your licence does not cover. Such acts may also be offences under the Syrian law on cybercrime (Law No. 20 of 2022) and the law of your country.
12. Fanio's content and rights complaints
- The website, its text, its characters, its names and its files belong to Fanio, apart from what the licence agreement grants you.
- If you believe a scene uses your rights, write to
support@fanio.netwith the scene's link, the right you hold and your reasons. Fanio replies within 14 days, may take the scene down while it reviews the complaint, and tells buyers of that scene what to do if it is withdrawn.
13. Warranty and liability
The website and the files are provided as described. Section 8 of the licence agreement sets out the warranty and the limit of Fanio's liability, and it applies to these terms too. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or gross fault, or consumer rights that the law of your country does not allow to be excluded.
14. Events outside our control
Fanio is not in breach while a cause outside its reasonable control, such as a failure of a blockchain network, the internet, electricity or a hosting provider, prevents it from performing; it performs as soon as the cause ends. If such a cause stops a paid order for more than 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund of what you paid, less network fees.
15. Changes to these terms
Fanio may change these terms and will publish the new version here with its date. A change applies to orders made after it is published. Purchases and plans already paid keep the terms and the licence version they were made under.
16. Law, disputes and courts
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
- Before going to court, write to
support@fanio.netand give us 30 days to settle the dispute amicably. - Disputes that are not settled go to the competent courts of Damascus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before its courts.
17. Language and the rest of the contract
- These terms are published in Arabic and English, and both texts are equally authoritative. If they ever differ, the meaning that agrees with both is applied, and any doubt is read in favour of the buyer.
- If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
- You may not transfer your rights under a purchase without Fanio's written consent. Fanio may transfer the business, with these terms and every licence it has granted, to a person who takes on its duties to you, and will tell you if it does.
- Fanio's choice not to enforce a right at one time does not waive it.
